The first part of the four part process is to send out a surveyor. He will find out exactly what the customers requirements are. The surveyor will design and produce a drawing to the customer's requirements. On the survey boundary lines will be established, if there are any steps, drainage or manholes to be filled, and mot of all the colour and pattern. Initially you will be given a week commencing date, then the week before the customer will be given a firm start date, but obviously the weather plays a large factor.
